Homemade Spinach Powder

This simple spinach hack is such an easy way to incorporate spinach into your daily diet! I use spinach in my AG1 smoothie every single morning (sometimes I'll do kale) but it's such an easy way to get 1 - 2 cups of greens first thing when you wake up!
If you're like me and add a heaping handful to your smoothies every morning, you run through spinach SO quickly. But if you're not using it everyday, spinach tends to spoil pretty fast. Drying it out and making a powder is an easy way to preserve the life of your spinach! Not to mention, you're likely to throw in more when you're adding to your recipes!
Set oven to 150 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with heat rated parchment paper and lay the spinach flat. Try not to let the leaves to overlap each other.
Cook until all of the moisture is completely gone and the leaves are 100% dried. Be careful not to burn! Would start with 15 minutes and then check / add time as needed.
Place dried leaves in a blender or food processor and blend until its a super fine powder.
Place in an air tight container. Store in cool, dry place.
